The Audio Visual and Information Technology (AV&IT) departments…

Support the running of the the church’s audio systems, projection systems, website, computers network, and telephone systems.

Several responsibilities include…

• Maintaining and supporting the audio library of recorded sermons and bible classes.
• Maintaining and supporting the CD recording equipment, all computers in the church (keeping all operating systems, programs and antivirus software up to date), the computer network (both ethernet and wifi), and the telephone system.
• Make recommendations to elders when outside repair, upgrades and purchases are neccessary.
• Recruit and train church members to help and assist the deacons in carrying out tasks.
• Fill requests for sermon and bible class audio made by members and visitors. These requests can be made for a physical CD or a digital copy (MP3 version) onto a USB thumbdrive, as well as downloading it from the website.

The a/v dept. is lead by Jim Bolton assisted by Rich Rowland. The Information Technology dept is lead by Harry Mo.
